Dr. Benno Böer (Natural Science Specialist, UNESCO): With over 35 years of experience across Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Gulf, Dr. Böer brings deep knowledge of environmental science, regional conservation initiatives, and practical solutions to today’s global challenges.
