Our statement of policy is:

  • To entirely satisfy our customers by understanding their issues, needs & requirements and eliminating Quality, Health & Safety and Environment (QHSE) non-conformance.
  • To consider and manage quality, environment, and health & safety risks and opportunities while making business decisions.
  • Establishing and communicating measurable and consistent objectives and performance targets to company employees.
  • To make certain that all employees and contractors are competent in their tasks.
  • To demonstrate STATERRA CO. W.L.L’s commitment to monitoring and evaluating its work and using the results to drive performance and impact.
  • Adequate resources shall be made available in order to ensure the implementation of this policy across the organization.
  • To prevent pollution and protect the environment.
  • Striving to reduce generated waste, emissions and use of hazardous materials.
  • To provide safe and healthy working conditions for our employees, visitors/ contractors working within premises of STATERRA CO. W.L.L.
  • Supervision of work without accidents, incidents or near-miss that could endanger company employees, the environment, or assets under the company care and prevent accidents.
  • To put system a in place for safe handling and use of substances.
  • Consultation and participation with our personnel and workers on QHSE matters.
  • To eliminate/ mitigate workplace hazards and risks through effective risk management program.
  • To communicate the QHSE policy to all employees and interested parties ensuring that it is understood by everyone.
  • This policy shall be reviewed annually or more frequently if circumstances so require for continual improvement to ensure suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of QHSE.
