Three incredible environmental minds join Staterra!
At Staterra, we keep growing. Today, we’re excited to announce the expansion of Staterra’s team in Saudi Arabia, welcoming three outstanding professionals whose expertise will support our mission to deliver sustainable solutions for the Kingdom’s evolving environmental landscape.
Meet Shahad Mansour Almubireek, Specialist
Shahad, a proud graduate of Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University in Dammam, brings a robust academic background and a passion for advancing environmental stewardship in the Kingdom.
Her research on mangrove forests aligns closely with Saudi Arabia’s restoration initiatives, and her hands-on experience at the Applied Research Center for Environment and Marine Studies (ARC-EMS) at KFUPM has given her valuable insight into the unique ecosystems of the Arabian Gulf.
Shahad’s involvement in national environmental events and coastal cleanups demonstrates her commitment to community engagement and sustainability.

With technical strengths in environmental impact assessment, scientific research, and ISO standards, she’s well-equipped to contribute to KSA’s ambitious Vision 2030 environmental goals.
Introducing Baqer M. Al-Mousa, Consultant
Baqer joins us with significant experience in environmental consultancy across the Kingdom’s industrial sector.

As an Environmental Engineer at ARM Associates Consultancy in Khobar, he has worked on Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA), environmental permitting, and groundwater remediation for leading organisations such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and Ma’aden.
His academic background from KFUPM, combined with practical roles on projects in Jubail, Yanbu, and across Eastern Province, ensures he understands both regulatory requirements and the operational realities of Saudi industry.
Baqer’s technical expertise in water treatment, marine pollution, and EHS auditing will be invaluable as Staterra supports clients navigating KSA’s evolving environmental regulations and sustainability targets.
Welcoming Remya Rajagopal C, Assistant Consultant
Remya brings a unique blend of regulatory and technical experience, having managed environmental compliance and public hearings for major infrastructure and industrial projects.
Her background includes assessing environmental compensation, consent applications, and stakeholder engagement, skills that are critical for projects operating under the Kingdom’s regulatory frameworks.
Remya’s certifications in ISO 14001 and climate change, combined with her academic and consulting experience, position her to provide practical guidance on environmental management and sustainability best practices for Staterra’s clients in Saudi Arabia’s dynamic industrial sector.

At Staterra, we believe that local expertise and international standards go hand in hand. Shahad, Baqer, and Remya each bring a deep understanding of the Kingdom’s environmental priorities and a commitment to supporting sustainable industrial development. We’re confident they will help our clients meet regulatory expectations and achieve long-term environmental performance.
Please join us in welcoming them to the Staterra family as we continue to support Saudi Arabia’s journey toward a greener, more resilient future.
