Staterra has secured official Local Content Certification from the Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA) for fiscal year 2024, with an audited and verified score of 34.27%, valid through July 2026. We’re publishing the metric because transparency on local content is the only version of it worth anything.
A three-part compliance stack
The certification is the third leg of a deliberate compliance framework. First, the LCGPA commercial-compliance score gives measurable advantage in government tender evaluations. Second, Royal Commission authorisation as an Environmental Service Provider pre-approves us to conduct EIAs in high-scrutiny zones. Third, full National Center for Environmental Compliance accreditation covers the regulatory side.
What it changes on a real bid
Environmental permits process faster, without regulatory friction, when working with NCEC- and RCJY-accredited partners. The LCGPA certificate eliminates uncertainty around mandatory local-content thresholds — the number is audited and on file.
Permanent, not parachuted
Where temporary consultancy arrangements parachute in for a single submission, Staterra invests in Saudi talent and local operations year-round. That permanence is what makes the LCGPA score real: it reflects how the company actually runs, not how it looks on a bid cover sheet.
